We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. Please thoroughly examine all items upon receipt. For your convenience, we've created a furniture delivery guide. If there is a problem with your order, contact your local DWR Studio or our Customer Service team at 1.800.944.2233 within three (3) days of receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right. If you change your mind about an item, your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 10% of the purchase price and you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery. Prices and Discounts
Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Our "best pricing" policy affords you the greater discount available. We accept all major credit cards, which typically process within 24 hours of order placement. There is a 5–7 business day hold placed on all checks received. Merchandise cannot be held without payment. Prices and available inventory are subject to change until an order is confirmed.
What We Mean By In-stock
In many cases, we are able to cut the delivery time on designer furniture in many cases from twelve or more weeks down to seven to ten days. Our goal is to be in-stock for most items that we carry, and that makes us different from almost everyone in the designer furniture world. However, while we strive to have our products in-stock at all times, this is not always possible. Please contact our sales team at 1.800.944.2233 to verify availability.
