Created exclusively for DWR, the result is equally satisfying for Bernett, specifically in how the whole collection “reflects a state of casualness.” Not just for sitting, this Sectional is for downtime spent napping, watching movies or surfing on a laptop. The seat depths suit a variety of lounging positions and rather than sitting “on top” of the cushions, the experience is a pleasant “relaxed sit” provided by down- and feather-wrapped high density foam. In addition to wide armrests that provide support from elbow to wrist, the Sectional’s back cushions are filled with a soft blend of down and feathers. The cushions’ internal channels provide even distribution (like a duvet) and reduce the need for fluffing. The Sectional comes with three back cushions; additional throw pillows (as pictured) are available separately. The entire collection is upholstered in fine leather that has a wonderfully soft hand.

The Reid Pillow (2007) accompanies the Reid Sofa Collection, which Jeffrey Bernett and Nicholas Dodziuk created exclusively for DWR. All of the pieces in the collection were designed to “reflect a state of casualness,” and the pillow is no exception. Furthering the comfort of this accent pillow is the 90% cluster feather and 10% down fill also used in the back cushions of the Sofa and Armchair. The fully enclosed case is full-aniline-dyed, full-top-grain leather with the same wonderfully soft hand used throughout the Collection.
