At DWR, shipping and handling charges are based on the value of your order. But that’s only the beginning. In order to meet your unique needs, Design Within Reach offers three delivery options: Standard, Room of Choice and White Glove.

For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada, please click here. At this time we are unable to ship to other international locations but are happy to work with you to ship to your own freight forwarder.

INTERNATIONAL FORWARDING
MyUS.com is our preferred partner for international package forwarding to more than 200 countries and territories. MyUS.com provides customers with a private U.S. mailing address. Once a U.S. address is received, the customer places an order here on www.dwr.com using their MyUS.com address as their shipping address. DWR will ship the order domestically to MyUS.com’s warehouse, where MyUS.com consolidates and forwards. For more information, please visit www.MyUS.com.

STANDARD DELIVERY offers delivery right to your front door (if the destination is an apartment or multi-unit building, the order will be delivered inside the entrance to the building). The typical delivery window is 3–10 business days from the day your order is shipped. Standard Delivery does not include assembly or unpacking. Deliveries are made Monday–Saturday. (FedEx Home delivers Tuesday through Saturday and all other carriers deliver Monday through Friday.) Delivery appointments are made for a four-hour window usually from 9am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm.

ROOM OF CHOICE DELIVERY is available for an extra $99 and offers the same shipping window and services included in our Standard Delivery service, but brought in and placed in your room of choice. We recommend this service to customers in apartments, multi-unit buildings or offices. Room of Choice Delivery does not include opening, assembly or removal of packing materials. It also does not include moving of existing items.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERYservice is available for an extra charge of $299. The larger your order cost, the lower the percentage. It includes a delivery appointment, inside delivery, assembly and placement in your room of choice and removal of all packing materials. The delivery window for White Glove service is typically 2–3 weeks from the day your order is placed. The delivery appointment is made for a four-hour window Monday through Friday; a majority of the delivery windows are set 8am–noon, noon–4pm or 4pm–8pm. Due to size, weight or fragility, we recommend the use of White Glove service on select items (noted in their product descriptions). Please call 1.800.944.2233 for a time specific delivery.
