Details

Crafted from recyclable aluminum, Pablo Pardo’s innovative Brazo Table Lamp (2006) was the first LED task light to feature an optical film lens for focus control, providing both a variable beam spread and focused directional light. Brazo’s top arm lets you turn an outer aluminum layer over the white LEDs to focus the light as much or as little as desired. This energy-efficient lighting solution is 97% recyclable. Bulb (included): 18-LED array. Made in China.

Pablo Pardo

Venezuelan-born Pablo Pardo comes from a family of designers, and his work is deceptively simple, often made from no more than a couple of materials, beautifully crafted and devoid of superfluous details. Once in use, however, his lamps take on a new character that is more experiential than simply visual. It is the experience rather than the look of an object that Pardo seeks in his designs.
