Sherman Kelly designed this classic Ice Cream Scoop in 1935, after he noticed an ice cream server suffering from blisters formed by the tough work of scooping hard ice cream. The design hasn’t change since. The Ice Cream Tub Spade has heat-conductive liquid inside the aluminum housing. The liquid warms up with heat from the user’s hand, transferring through the aluminum to make even the coldest confections easily scoopable.
