In early 2007, designers Renzo Fauciglietti and Graziella Bianchi expanded on the success of their Bottega Side Chair (2003) with the introduction of an Armchair and Stool. The Bottega Stool swivels 360 degrees and adjusts easily from a counter height to bar height with a lever that operates a gas cylinder. The Bottega Stool is wrapped in smooth-as-silk stain resistant leather that's both luxurious and low-maintenance. Covering the slender but strong steel frame, the leather is hand-sewn to hug every angle and curve. A sturdy footrest and lightly padded seat ensure lasting comfort. Bottega's combination of suppleness and strength is not always easy to find in fixed seating. A choice of leather colors makes Bottega suitable for a variety of settings. The chromed steel base has felted glides to protect floors. Made in Italy.
