Compasso d'Oro Side Chair
Look closely. The Compasso d'Oro Sidechair, designed by Enrico Franzolini, is not to be confused with the cheap plywood chairs flooding the U.S. market. It is every bit as well made as the Eames and Jacobsen designs that precede it, with a seat and back made from one thick continuous piece of wood supported by a steel undercarriage. White laminate is a hard-wearing and easy to clean finish suitable for kitchens, restaurants and other high-traffic environments.
