A three-time winner of Italy's Golden Compass award, architect and lighting designer Paolo Rizzatto is known for well-crafted, thoughtful lamps. His Mirandolina Table Lamp (2005) is no exception. Rizzatto carefully designed and engineered this aluminum and blown glass lamp, from plan to prototype to materials selection. Central to his concept for the Mirandolina is the function of the lamp holder. Serving to hold the bulb, the lamp stem also supports the opalescent diffuser and includes the on/off button. The result is a sleek design that delivers soft ambient lighting for universal applications. Suitable for residential and commercial use. UL listed. Bulb (not included): 60W/120V/T/Xelogen Candelabra Base (60 watt maximum).
