Cecilie Manz designed this glassware in 2008 for the restaurant of Copenhagen’s Hotel Nimb, which overlooks Tivoli Gardens. Nimb is renowned among sommeliers for their studied approach to the serving and drinking of wine, so each glass was designed to maximize the complex aroma and taste of fine wine.
