Danish designer Jens Quistgaard, whose immensely popular Dansk tableware pieces helped define Scandinavian modern in postwar America, designed this Teak Folding Stool. Employed as a seat, side table or footstool, its strength and stability comes from its triangular construction. Lightweight for portability, use the Stool indoors or out, then fold it up and tuck it away until next time. Like all teak, it will patina to a rich, silvery color over time, or can be treated with teak oil to maintain its original luster.
