The Sapporo Shelving System (1998) by Jesús Gasca combines the elegant minimalism of Japanese design with Spain’s technically refined modernism to produce a graceful shelving system with a flexible format. The multiuse system begins with a Base which comes with the necessary top. Add Body Units to achieve the desired height (up to five high). Change the look and feel of Sapporo by changing out the doors – a variety of finishes are available and they can be interchanged with ease. Made in Spain.

  • Finished in white on all sides, letting them serve as a room divider.
  • Base Unit is available with or without casters.
  • Doors come in sets of two and are available in frosted glass, transparent plexiglass (pink or anthracite), opaque plexiglass (orange or red) or wood veneer.
  • Wood veneer doors are reversible – walnut on one side, oak on the other.
  • Sapporo is suitable for contract and residential use. Assembly required.
