Like many communities, DWR has been severely impacted by this disease. Help us contribute to the search for a cure by joining our team for the Komen Race for the Cure®. The 5K walk will be a great chance to show your support and make some new friends. Or, if walking isn’t an option, you can always give a donation to help us reach our goal.  Puma Shoe Design Competition Call for Entries

DWR and Puma challenge you to create a one-of-a-kind pair of kicks that will knock the judges’ socks off. Log on to mongolianshoebbq.puma.com at home or on Apple computers at the Studio to start cooking up your perfect Puma. Choose from a buffet of materials, textures, and colors, featuring classics RS-100 (1980) and the iconic hoops style Basket (1968).
The top three design winners will have their shoes made for them by Puma. Not a sneaker designer? Join us October 23 for the judging and fine footwear celebration at the DWR Dallas Studio, where we’ll be pouring Peroni Beer (www.peroni.com). You could still be a winner with drawings and giveaways from DWR, and judges Adikt Footwear (www.adiktfootwear.com), Centre (www.gotocentre.com) and Shoe Gypsy (www.shoegypsy.com). Plus get a sneak peek at Puma’s Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer ‘09 lines at the Studio before they hit the stores.
One entry per person. Shoe design must be completed with the use of Mongolian Shoe BBQ link on the Puma website (www.mongolianshoebbq.puma.com). Images must be printed on no more than two sheets of 8.5" x 11" paper. No names can be printed on written on entries. Images must be turned in to the Dallas Studio no later than October 22, 2008. All images become the property of DWR Dallas Studio.
