White hands on yellow face have low contrast
I have it in yellow. It’s a pleasing design: flat painted metal, and a double-length sweeping second hand. But the color is more of a lemon than shown in images online, and the contrast between the face and white hands is much lower. In some light I can’t easily read the time from 10 feet away. It’s a shame the designer didn’t choose a darker color for the hands; I might try to remove the hands and spray them a different color someday.
