Where digital meets physical

Inspired by the space where digital and physical forms meet, Wang & Söderström’s Vases are unique sculptural objects that serve as miniature pieces of art. Each vase begins as an organically shaped 3D model developed in their studio before it’s 3D printed and molded in porcelain at a ceramic factory. “We want to explore the tactile side of digital modeling – one foot in the physical realm, one in the digital,” the designers say.
