For 58 years, Danish designer Hans Wegner conceived memorable, comfortable, stunning furniture for Carl Hansen & Søn, which continues to produce his works today. Known as the “chair-maker of chair-makers,” Wegner was a prolific designer with a unique ability to bring an elegant lightness to sturdy, long-lasting chairs that remains unmatched. His CH30P Chair (1954) has a compact footprint, making it ideal for tight spaces. It’s fitted with a wide seat and curved back in line with its legs for comfort. Made in Denmark.

Hans Wegner

Hans Wegner stands among designers Finn Juhl, Arne Jacobsen, Børge Mogensen, Poul Kjærholm and Verner Panton as a master of 20th-century Danish modernism.
