A flexible, ergonomic performer
The lean, light Mirra 2 Task Chair (2013) has a spry, playful form but is plenty serious when it comes to passive and active adjustments, hassle-free performance, and lasting comfort. The Butterfly back is made of ultra-responsive hybrid material, and the durable, cleanable TriFlex back creates unique zones of back support while allowing maximum breathability. This chair is especially well-suited for people who need to bounce between individual and group activities. This is the authentic Mirra 2 by Herman Miller. Backed by a 12-year warranty. A great investment
Perhaps a bit over priced but still worth it. Fully adjustable and great quality, it really supports you and kind of molds to your body. Highly recommend for any home office

If you're tall or large, DO NOT BUY
I'm sad to have to write this, because other than my one complaint this really is an almost perfect chair.. But.. unfortunately.. it was designed to be exclusively for tiny people.
I'll leave my measurements here, if you're anything near my size DO NOT BUY. The chair has constant pressure points on my hips, and it feels like it's trying to rotate my legs inwards and force them together, even if you're a bit smaller than me you still might hate how it forces your legs closed.
I'm 6'5", 210lbs, I wear a 34"-36" waist in most pants.
The buy page *really* needs to have warnings about this.

It's pretty good but...
I will say it's very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing to look at but I'm not impressed how the fabric at the front of the seat bunches up when sitting in it with loose folds, doesn't inspire confidence in the longevity of the seat and I can feel these folds under my thighs. At this price would expect little things like this to be a non-issue. I've confirmed with other owner's that is how it's designed.
Also not a fan how it's made mostly of plastic at this price. I feel like if you're paying almost 10x more than a big box store budget chair then it should be almost 10x times better, and it's not. I purchased from a local dealer and I think it's worth about half of what I paid relative to an average chair, and it was considerably cheaper than they sell it on here.
Important to consider that much of the cost is for the warranty, which I will say is pretty great if they honour it.

Happy Purchase
I am in the fortunate position of having work pay for my chairs for a home office. I have one of the first versions of the Mirra which I fought over with my girlfriend during our COVID home stay, so ordered a Mirra 2 for myself. I could have chosen the Aeron or the Embody, but I really have loved the Mirra chair and the flexfront. I am 6'3" and 195lbs and this chair supports my legs better than the Aeron and I love the mesh seat. My girlfriend is 5'3" and she loves the fit as well. That is because of how configurable the chair is. The only thing that I have changed, is the roller blade wheels I added to the chair, as they are super smooth and fun.

Great chairs, awful white glove return service. Whoever you work with for returns is obviously a bad pick.
White glove return service is a nightmare. It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't had a call for someone to pick up the chair for my return to be processed. In fact the new chair I ordered to replace it will be here in 4 days.

It jabs you in the rear-end as you sit
I actually ordered the Cosm chair, however, Herman Miller mistakenly delivered the Mirra 2. As I await delivery of the chair I originally ordered, I was told I could use the Mirra 2.
As I sat on the char, I felt something pushing into my rear-end. I can't figure out which mechanism is causing this. Another explanation could be that I'm actually experiencing a pinching sensation from the seat-back and the seat when the come together as I sit.
Aside from the above ergonomic challenge, it's quite simply an ugly chair.
