Handwoven by a family cooperative
Sara Berks is the founder of Minna, which specializes in textiles produced in collaboration with artisan collectives in Mexico, Central America, and South America, aiming to help ensure craft and job preservation. Her work is generally informed by the Bauhaus, traditional handcrafting, and vintage textiles. The Marta Throw (2017) is handwoven by a family-run cooperative located in Mitla, Mexico, adorned with a soft banded pattern and fringed ends. Made in Mexico.
