Details
Made of galvanized steel and suitable for indoor or outdoor use, the Metal Side Tables (2004) are the epitome of functional design. Quiet in appearance, these low-key tables feature ultra-thin tabletops and plinth-like bases – creating a pleasing juxtaposition that makes them a clean-lined finishing touch. The galvanized finish has an irregular surface polish and will patina over time. Made in Germany.

Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec
The brothers Bourouellec opened their joint Paris-based design studio in 1999. Being brothers in addition to business partners allows them to bounce ideas off each other, trusting that difference of opinion will spur creativity. Their products range from furniture, lighting and rugs to porcelain dishware, ceramic tile and jewelry, even window blinds and a TV.
