Details

Nicely sized for use in a bedroom or home office, the Allegory Vanity and Single Curve Stool (2015) is an homage to Michael Thonet’s signature steam-bent technique. Designed by Italian-Danish team GamFratesi and the Japanese firm Nendo, this set features a rectangular work surface juxtaposed with a round screen made of steam-bent solid beech and woven cane. The octagonal pattern of the weave adds visual texture and allows the screen to be used as a memo board on which you can clip notes or pictures.
  • Can be used as a vanity or desk.
  • Mix of textures and materials.
  • Screen adds visual interest and provides privacy.
  • Available with or without storage.
  • Single Curve Stool included.
