For actor, producer, and PATTERN Beauty founder Tracee Ellis Ross, beauty is a celebration of self-expression. As her company grew, so did the need for an office where people could connect and feel inspired by what surrounds them. DWR helped her create a space that reflected this. “I have a very eclectic design style. DWR was able to help warm up the space and create eclectic, joyful warmth,” she says.

“I like things that feel like they have a history to them,” Tracee explains. With the USM Haller Collection, she’s writing her own: The modular system evolves alongside the company, its open shelves and lockable drawers organizing products like a working archive.
