New Canaan Collection

Old-world craftsmanship, modern production When Craig Bassam and Scott Fellows designed a leather-wrapped sit-to-stand desk in 2022, they began with a clear yet ambitious goal: to make a piece of furniture first, with technology that stays quietly in the background. That philosophy – enduring craftsmanship and quiet innovation – defines New Canaan, which channels modernist principles through natural materials, bringing warmth, precision, and purpose to everyday function.

craft

BassamFellows calls their approach Craftsman Modern: clean lines, honest materials, and meticulous construction, principles that shaped their New Canaan Wood Sit-to-Stand Desk from Geiger. With a solid wood frame and veneer surface – praised for its stability and resistance to warping – New Canaan intersects timeless beauty and ergonomic function.
