Philippe Starck was already exploring artificial intelligence in 2019 – the renowned designer has always pushed the limits of new technologies. By 2022, working collaboratively with Autodesk and Kartell, he returned to a fundamental question: "Can we optimize form and material for seating?" The result is the aptly named A.I. Stool. Crafted from recycled thermoplastic technopolymer, it achieves maximum comfort with minimal material. Made in Italy.

Phillipe Starck

Philippe Starck’s approach to design is subversive, intelligent, and always interesting. Looking at his paradoxical work – an oeuvre of 10,000 creations that spans flamboyant furniture to “invisible” yachts – it’s no surprise that the celebrated French designer began his career designing nightclub interiors. With humor as his muse, Starck successfully adds the unexpected to projects of any scale.
