Sleekly upholstered with a steel frame, the outward restraint of the Plan Side Chair (2022) belies the innovation behind it. Designed by London-based studio Barber Osgerby for Fredericia, the chair’s components are removable and can be ordered and replaced, making it circular and easily disassembled at the end of use. As for durability, it has been rigorously tested in high-traffic settings. Barber Osgerby also prioritized comfort and aesthetics; the chair’s profile is striking even tucked under table and surprisingly supportive with its gently curved shape. Made in Poland.
