With Gala Extension Table (2013) there’s always room for everyone. This ingenious eight-leg table extends with up to four leaves to fit as many as 14 guests. In its smallest configuration, the legs nest together (you may notice small gaps between the nested legs). Includes a hidden compartment under the top for holding up to two leaves (four-leaf table also includes a storage bag for holding two extra leaves). Made in Denmark.

Per Hånsbæk
Raised in northern Denmark, Per Hånsbæk graduated from Aarhus School of Architecture with a degree inn architecture. Early in his career, he focused on industrial design. “I made a lot of different designs,“ he says, “technical devices for industrial use, mechanisms for upholstered furniture and loudspeakers – a lot of loudspeakers.” Hånsbæk established his company, Hånsbæk Design, in 1984.
