Always keeping "the environment of the future" in mind, Joe Colombo conjured up stunning mid-century designs that have remained utterly timeless. His iconic Spider Table Lamp (1965) for Oluce features sleek lines and clever functional details that won it the prestigious Compasso d'Oro award in 1967. On a tall chrome-plated stand, its adjustable enamelled metal shade tilts on a plastic joint for focused lighting that casts a soft, warm glow. Spider's a sculptural statement that belongs in museums – and does. Bulb (not included): 5W T4 G9. Made in Italy.
