Born from Erwan Bouroullec’s fascination with geometry and chaos – the way nature organizes itself – Maap (2026) is a wall lamp made from an ultra-thin polyethylene sheet, tear-resistant yet designed to be crumpled, folded, and smoothed by hand during installation. The user shapes it, making it unique. A cloud, mountain, flower – whatever form their hands find. Maap’s broad, diffused glow does the rest. “It completely transforms a room,” Bouroullec says. “Yet the room becomes a landmark.” Made in Italy.
