Sustainably made

Made from recycled materials, primarily milk jugs, a single Adirondack Chair diverts about dozens of milk jugs from landfills, and the furniture itself is fully recyclable after use.

The material is waterproof, fade-resistant, and maintenance-free. It can be left outside year-round – no need for special covers. It never needs repainting, and you’ll never get a splinter.

The Adirondack chair is beloved for its extra-wide armrests that can easily hold a drink, and Loll’s version goes a step further, incorporating a handy bottle opener on the underside of the arm.

A design classic known for its low, deep seat and pitched, slightly curved back fashioned from multiple slats, the Adirondack chair has been a camp and resort classic for over a century. Its first iteration, designed in 1903 in Westport, NY, in the Adirondacks, was called the Westport chair.
