In 1993, he established Pablo Designs in San Francisco, a studio that has since gained international recognition for its creations. The studio operates with the belief that the right lighting can transform almost any environment, challenging traditional designs with innovative solutions that distill lighting down to its bare essence: form and light. Pablo Pardo
Venezuelan-born Pablo Pardo comes from a family of designers, and his work is deceptively simple, often made from no more than a couple of materials, beautifully crafted and devoid of superfluous details. Once in use, however, his lamps take on a new character that is more experiential than simply visual. It is the experience rather than the look of an object that Pardo seeks in his designs.
