Complete the room

Though he’s renowned as “chair-maker of chair-makers,” Danish designer Hans Wegner’s stools are not to be ignored. The CH53 Stool (1966), handmade from solid oak and woven paper cord, embodies the warmth and minimalism of Wegner’s trademark organic functionalism. Suitable for a wide variety of uses, it’s tall enough to be used around a dining table and flexible enough for the living room, front hall or bedroom. Its look and feel complement other Wegner pieces such as the CH33, Elbow and Wishbone chairs. Made in Denmark.
