The team behind Belgian design studio Muller Van Severen describes the Color Cabinet (2022) as a marriage of two materials – and it’s a cheerful pairing, indeed. Mounted on a steel frame, the cabinet panels are crafted of Valchromat: a durable, engineered wood finished with a water-based lacquer. Slim, even proportions unite the two components, while contrasting colors provide visual interest. Made in Denmark.
