Details

Though it appears to have been hewn from solid marble, the Plinth Shelf weighs just under 8 pounds. Expertly cut marble plates are attached to an interior frame, resulting in a striking columnal form that’s lightweight enough to hang. Created by Norm Architects for MENU, it reflects the firm’s emphasis on natural materials and refined forms that forgo superfluous embellishment. Made in China.
