ABOUT THE STUDIO

Our Charlotte Studio is located in the South Park district of Charlotte, considered one of the premier retail centers in the Southern U.S. The Studio showcases a selection of products – including living, dining, bedroom and outdoor furniture, workspace solutions, lighting, flooring and accessories – and has become a Southern destination for all things in modern design. Studio Proprietor Amy Rinehart and her team have more than 30 years of collective design experience and would love to provide you with exceptional personalized service.

DWR STUDIO EVENT

Kick off the modern home tour with a panel at DWR.

How has the South embraced modern architecture? That will be the focus of a panel discussion at the Charlotte Studio, kicking off Modern Atlanta’s (MA) Modern Home Tour. The panel will be led by the principals of two award-winning architecture firms: Charlotte-based Dialect Design and Raleigh-based in situ studio. “We will explore whether the South will ever fully embrace a modernist attitude – everyone agrees that it is evolving,” said Elayne DeLeo, co-founder of Modern Atlanta. Refreshments will be served.

The panel discussion is a prelude to MA’s Home Tour (Saturday, June 1, 10am–4pm), where ticket holders will be able to visit three spectacular modern homes, located in Charlotte, Chapel Hill and Raleigh. (Tickets can be purchased at the panel discussion or online at modern-atlanta.org.)
