About the Studio

The 12,000 square foot Annex is a one stop resource for some of the most innovative modern design of the past and present with only a few of life's dings and dents. While these pieces may have been jostled in their journeys, we think their flaws give them a history that is all their own.

As an evolution of our cult classic warehouse sale, the Annex represents an assortment of returned and discontinued merchandise that changes constantly with everything as is and ready to take home immediately. Peruse and purchase pieces within our showroom and supplement your discoveries with new pieces under the friendly direction of proprietor Hunter De La Cruz or our qualified sales associates.

The DWR Annex is a one-stop resource for some of the most innovative modern design of the past and present, only with a few of life’s dings and dents. Without wheels? Hop on the free shuttle to New Jersey from the DWR: Tools for Living Store at 142 Wooster Street. Shuttles will run on Saturday, March 20, leaving at 10am, noon, 2pm and 4pm, and returning at 11am, 1pm, 3pm and 6pm.
