DWR prefab is available in two sizes: the 9'x13' Kithaus K3 and the new 11'x17' Kithaus K4 with optional kitchen and bath. Designed by Tom Sandonato and Martin Wehmann, Kithaus redefines conventional prefab with its proprietary construction system* that makes installation quick, economic and practically waste-free. This fully insulated, pre-wired space can tuck into any area, even remote locations, without needing ultra-heavy equipment. All of the lightweight, anodized aluminum pieces are pre-cut and drilled in Southern California and shipped to you for on-site assembly. Installation takes only a few days, and Kithaus is built with eco-friendly components.

The smaller Kithaus K3 ranges in price from $32,450 to $49,390, while the larger K4 model starts at $32,450 and can be outfitted with a full kitchen and/or bath.
