Care and Assembly
Washing by hand: Rinse and wash each piece immediately after use, using hot water, mild detergent and a smooth sponge. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth. Dishwasher: Rinse and wash immediately after use. Use a mild dishwashing detergent. Group knives together, blade-end up; load forks and spoons separate from knives, handle-end down. Refrain from overloading the dishwasher and combining stainless steel cutlery with other metals and gold- or silver-plated items. At completion of wash cycle, remove cutlery and dry with soft cloth.
