Outdoor furniture made in the U.S.A. Loll Designs strives to improve the relationship between furniture and the environments in which users enjoy it. The company manufactures its pieces from 50% recycled plastic derived mostly from millions of single-use milk jugs.
Loll Designs is a designer and manufacturer of durable, all-weather, outdoor furniture and accessories made from partially recycled plastic – mostly from single-use milk jugs. “We make outdoor furniture for the modern lollygagger,” explains Loll Designs’ founder Greg Benson. “Our furniture is for people who are looking for fresh design made in the U.S.A. using environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing practices.” By generating thoughtful, original designs such as the Loll Adirondack Chair – which equals about 200 milk jugs per chair – Loll continues to improve the relationship between furniture and the environments in which users enjoy it. All Loll outdoor furniture is made with partially recycled high-density HDPE, one of the most commonly used plastics in the U.S., because of its longevity, durability and lack of maintenance. Because of the material’s composition, Loll furniture is nonporous and will not collect dirt. Additionally, Loll HDPE materials are created with pigments distributed throughout the plastic – not just on the surface – to help deter fading.
