Adjusting Aeron
Arm Adjustments
Pull the arms up when you want support; place them at their lowest setting when you’d rather they slide under your desk; pull them in when you want a cushion; or move them to the side if they’re in the way.
Seat Height
Move the seat up or down until your feet are flat on the floor, giving you an anchor point.
Forward Tilt
To position the chair forward, lean back and rotate the knob beneath the seat on the left side forward. For a reclined posture, lean back in the chair and rotate the lever back all the way.
Tilt Tension
Reach beneath the chair and grab the knob with a long stem on the right side. To increase the tension, sit in the chair and turn the knob forward. To decrease the tension, turn the knob backward.
PostureFit SL
Reach behind you to the back of the chair and turn the knob on the PostureFit SL device forward until you feel comfortable and supported.

Backfit Adjustment
Reach behind you and turn the BackFit knob clockwise to make the adjustment work with your unique spinal curvature, which will properly align your head to your monitor.

Arm Adjustments
There’s a tab on the outside lower base of each arm. Raise it to unlock the arm, then place the arm at the height you’d like. Lower the tab to lock it back up.
Seat Height
Move the seat up or down until your feet are flat on the floor, giving you an anchor point.
Seat Depth
To alleviate pressure from your legs and allow the seat to work in harmony with the backrest, squeeze the handle under the seat and slide the seat forward or backward. Release the handle once you’re comfortable to lock the seat back in.
Forward Tilt
There’s a horizontal tab under the front of the seat on the left side. For more tension, recline and flip the lever down. To release it, recline and flip the lever up.
Tilt Tension
There’s a vertical tab under the front of the seat on the left side. To sit more upright, recline until the chair feels right and move the lever up. To release it, lean forward and press the lever back.
Lumbar Height
To adjust the height of the lumbar, rotate the levers on the device on the back of the chair to loosen it and slide the lumbar up or down until you feel comfortable. To increase the depth, rotate the levers downward, and to decrease the depth, rotate them upward.
Adjusting Lino
Arm Adjustments
There’s a button under each arm pad; push the button and pull the arms up or down until they’re right where you want them. Pull on the arm pad and push it forward or back, in or out, until they’re where you’d like them.
Seat Height
Move the seat up or down until your feet are flat on the floor, giving you an anchor point.
Forward Tilt
To move the chair in a more forward position, turn the paddle on the left side of the seat forward, then recline fully. You’ll hear a click and that’s when you’ll know the seat’s changed positions. For the opposite effect, turn the paddle backward and wait for that same click.
Tilt Tension
Right beneath the chair, grab the knob with a long stem on the right side. To increase the tension, sit in the chair and turn the knob forward.
To decrease the tension, turn the knob backward.
Lumbar Height
Slide the back support on the back of the chair up or down until it feels the most comfortable.

Press the lever on the armrest stem up while you pull up to raise the arms to whatever height you’d like them. To lower, do the same while pushing down.
