“I grew up with a futon on the floor,” Perron says, “so low beds feel natural to me. They inherently feel more casual and grounded.” The design polymath applies this approach to his eponymous collection, eschewing sharp corners for a low-profile frame with pillowy proportions – “the highest level of relaxation and ease.”
Perron Pillo Sofa
Perron defies logic with his take on modular seating – stacks of pillows concealing a supportive steel frame. “The sofa, for me, was a blank canvas,” he says. “A form that can completely change depending on the material or color someone chooses.” Offered in more than 40 premium fabrics – including family-friendly textiles – it moves easily between formal and relaxed. “I think that’s what gives something longevity, too.”
