Canyon Coffee arrives at DWR Fulton Market with its first Chicago outpost: a limited-time café designed for gathering and engaging more thoughtfully with the everyday ritual of coffee. Rooted in a warm, considered approach, the space invites visitors to experience coffee and surroundings as one, where materiality, sound, and atmosphere are intentionally shaped. Inspired by Canyon Coffee's Los Angeles roots and a shared belief in craftsmanship, connection, and place, the café embodies a lived-in sensibility that feels both welcoming and deeply considered.

design
For their first Chicago outpost, Canyon Coffee’s founders chose materials inspired by their travels: stone recalling the Portuguese coast, natural woods nodding to Northern California, a Scandinavian sensibility found in Muuto pendants and dining.
