Details

Portrait was honored as the winning entry in a special design competition sponsored by the National Museum of Norway, which issued a brief that called for a welcoming, multifunctional chair for museum’s public spaces. The jury, led by famous British designer Jasper Morrison, lauded Portrait as “a beautiful chair that adds a seductive softness and elegance to the room.” It’s naturally generous and comfortable, marked by precise execution and refined details that present a new twist on the traditional metal-framed chair with wood seat and back. Stacks up to five high.
