Working from their Copenhagen studio, Aleksej Iskos and Boris Berlin approach design as “an art of storytelling” and they pay particular attention to the materiality of objects, often letting this define the language of their designs.
More on Iskos-BerlinPowder coated surfaces: Clean with a moist cloth. If necessary, use a little dish soap on the cloth. Nanolaminate: Clean the table with a damp cloth. If necessary, only use a mild detergent or washing up liquid and not concentrated. Always wipe with a dry cloth afterwards. To minimize the risk of stains and marks, liquid, grease etc. should be removed straight away. Treat the surface with a melamine sponge, available in hardware stores, to reduce minor scratches. Linoleum: Clean the table with a damp cloth. If necessary, use a mild detergent or washing up liquid and not concentrated. Always wipe with a dry cloth afterwards. To minimize the risk of stains and marks, liquids, grease etc. should be removed straight away. For linoleum versions it is recommended to use a linoleum polish on the surface when needed.
