The Eternal Eye Rug (2022) appeals to all senses with its uniquely rounded shape and textural contrasts. Neutral in color, the surface of this modern rug shifts from thick, sumptuous pile to a low flatweave, and is finished with generous fringing at one end. It’s made of soft wool that meets the Responsible Wool Standard (RWS), which means the sheep farmers meet rigorous animal welfare and land management requirements. The cotton warp is certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), which means it meets worldwide requirements for organic textiles. Made in India.

Urd Moll Gundermann
Growing up in and just outside Copenhagen, Urd Moll Gundermann was taken with fashion. “I’ve always been fascinated by fashion and textiles, and the fibers of the textiles and patterns and colors in combination,” she says. With encouragement from her father, drawing and sketching became passions as well. “I think it’s a part of me. It will always be a part of me. I feel that it’s my life.”
