Details
Bring interesting geometric shapes and beautiful hues to your space with the Capas Rug. Designed by Mathias Hahn, this modern floor covering began with a desire to create a simple and light rug with a casual feel to it while being complex in its visual appeal. He found the solution by researching and experimenting with kilim weaving techniques to discover new ways of distributing hues. “By loosening the fibers and using a thicker warp, we made new colors and textures visible, celebrating both greater depth and enhanced tones,” he says. Together with the nonprofit Care & Fair, Nani Marquina fights against illegal child labor in the manufacturing of carpets. Made in India.
