About the Studio
The Portland Studio is located in the Pearl District, a former industrial area now home to restaurants, bars, shops and art galleries. Housed in the oldest warehouse building in Portland, it also happens to be one of the very largest DWR Studios. It’s marked by a billowing Light Cloud of more than 100 pendants that adds a breathtaking emphasis to the grand staircase leading to the second level. Throughout the space, sofa collections, lounge chairs, dining chairs and tables, desks, rugs, lamps and accessories are arranged in 44 fully realized rooms to help customers envision how pieces could work in their own homes. Task chairs are amply represented, along with storage, workspace and outdoor solutions. These pieces represent some of the greatest designers in the world, both past and present. Proprietor Stacy Day oversees the Studio with her friendly and knowledgeable account executives, who are eager to provide complimentary design services that include one-on-one consultations, in-home visits and plenty of help measuring and dreaming. DWR is proud to be a member of the nonprofit organization Restore Oregon.
