DWR was fortunate to collaborate with legendary designer Jens Risom on several product launches, one of which was the reintroduction of his Risom Desk (1968) – “the little one,” as he called it. Originally designed for his own home in New Canaan, Connecticut, this small-space solution “is really a writing surface,” said Risom. “Let’s just call it a ‘desk’ in quotations.” Crafted of solid wood with a top clad in rich leather, “it’s a handsome piece of decoration at which you sit, at which you study, at which you read books … if people do that anymore.” Includes drawer with removable solid wood tray for organizing pens and other desk supplies. Ships fully assembled. Made in U.S.A.
