Details

Designers Stephanie Beamer, Crystal Ellis, and Hillary Petrie create pieces that evoke their personal histories. Their Harvey Mirror (2013) was named after aeronautical engineer Thomas Harvey, Ellis’ grandfather. Appearing to float in space, the mirror is a nod to his stories about building rockets and sending astronauts to the moon. Frame made in India.

Caring for Brass

The brass frame will develop a beautiful patina over time. To maintain a new brass look, apply Trewax® Paste Wax or another quality carnauba wax with included flannel pockets. Fabricated carefully by hand, brass frames exhibit the minor pitting and slight irregularities typical of the casting process.
