Frank Gehry's approach to form and color translates directly from his architecture to the Frank Gehry Easy Chair (2004). Each rotomolded piece is a single hollow form with uniform wall thickness and reinforced corners – built to withstand impact and outdoor conditions. The palette references Gehry's flower sculpture for French artist Sophie Calle: saturated reds, oranges, and blues that hold their intensity in full sun. Sculptural seating designed for terraces, patios, and poolsides. Crafted with Worry Free Plastics technology, the chair biodegrades into soil within three to five years under landfill conditions – without microplastic release and without sacrificing structural integrity or weather resistance during use. Made in the USA.
