Inspired by Alexander Calder’s mobiles, Cal is conceived to live in multiples, forming inviting combinations in warm and cool hues. A tribute to kinetic art, this irregular wool rug transmits the essence of movement to the floor. Since the 1980s, Nani Marquina has been a pioneer of modern rug design. Together with nonprofit Care & Fair, she fights against illegal child labor in rug manufacturing. Made in India.

“My job is chasing beauty,” Nani Marquina told DWR in 2007. “The fullest place where you can find beauty is in nature.
