Sisters Hopie and Lily Stockman started their textile studio in Jaipur, and for almost a decade, they’ve donated 5% of Block Shop profits to biannual Community Health Camps in India. Now based in Los Angeles, the Stockmans and their team of multi-generational artists and craftspeople create products that celebrate the rich history, process, and materials of handmade textile production. In addition to their exclusive collections for Design Within Reach, Block Shop has collaborated with Ace Hotels, Farrow & Ball, Heath Ceramics, Rachel Comey, and Sonos.
